DIVERSIFY (www.devirsify.eu 7fpkbbega602132) is five year research program which has been in place since December 2013. It includes 38 companies from 12 European countries.
Diversify is coordinated by the Greek Centre of sea Research (HCMR).

in the sector of Mediterranean aquaculture because of its high
quality of meat which has soared to the highest level of consumer
preference, and is well known worldwide.

Under the program, ARGOSARONIKOS SA has undertaken on its facilities to conduct trials using methods related to the breeding of amberjack (SERIOLA DUMERILI ) and rearing of meagre ( ARGYROSOMUS REGIUS).
Specifically, the company has taken on the breeding of brood stock with a view to the production of eggs, incubation and fattening.
At our facilities in 2016, we managed to produce eggs, to incubate them, and to take finally fingerlings of amberjack and to raise small number of fish in our sea cages.
